Product Description
Spraying chamber: consists of chamber, powder spraying gun, automatic reciprocating machine, powder equipment, recovery equipment, exhaust device and electric control components.
In order to obtain high recovery efficiency and discolouration speed, large cyclone recovery and barrel recovery can be used, the recovery wind is soft, part of the sprayed gun powder is absorbed by the workpiece, the excess powder is blown off by the fan, through the cyclone recovery recovery sifter, ultra-fine powder is imposed by the second suction of the filter, the powder is stripped back by the electromagnetic pulse valve and falls into the recovery unit for full recovery. Recovery rate of 99.2% or more, the recovery method is easy to discolour, simple cleaning, occupies little space, etc.
